I would not of thought of killing one this young, so nice to know how it worked out, as getting the vet to sort them does prove quite costly and not sure after reading your post I would go that way again, if I had this problem again.

Thats why I didn't bring my steers back even though i was not happy with the price, however I know they have gone to a good home so thats a big plus. Its also why I stopped showing.

Hi I see this notice has just recently been put on the DCS website. I thought we had to registered them before 30 days due to E.U rules but it seems that was not the case. I wonder how many calves have not been registered in the past due to being over 30 days old.
