I started this thread back in Feb2008,
since then I have had four crops of calfs and not one outbreak of ringworm. Is there any amunity through the mothers milk ? My original outbreak cleared itself up once the cattle were turned out in the sun and fresh air. :;):

try bata farm supplies North Yorks they do a yearling cattle ring feeder smaller than a standard ring feeder by around 30% I use one with horned animals they twist their heads to get in and manage quite nicely. The feeder just takes a big round bale. Hope this helps.

Hi Stephanie thanks for your reply. When I took over the land there was an unofficial footpath that crossed from an ajacent landowner. when I made enquiries with the local authoraty they confirmed there was no public right of way across my land, and I refenced acordingly, only to get my fences cut ...

:( Hi yesteray I received a copy of an application to my local council (Kirklees) to add a footpath across my land under the wildlife and countryside act 1986.
can anyone please give advise of obviously rejecting the notce , and retain my land without a public right of way.

Today I sold a complete bull at auction (Selby )a fit 18 month old red birt h notified and only made £355 I can understand now why your going unregistered.
