Inger if you go to the ADCA on-line pedigree and look up the ped of the bull (ie Salty Rambler IV) there is another button called 'decendants' and it will list all of the progeny that are registered; sex and colour. The CLRC has a similar pass called 'progeny' but a lot of the AI bulls that were av...

You are right Inger - production of a red or dun calf from blacks means that both cow and bull were carriers of that or both colours and you would think that common sense would prevail if either had 'tested' progeny on the ground! Liz

Hmm butchers....had a lamb come back with one back leg! a beef with no prime rib! That was 15 yrs ago when we just started sending in animals and it didn't take too long to understand exactly what was supposed to be there in little brown packages! Hi Kathy; I would put a call into Ron B at the CLRC. Saltaire has red proginy so he must be a known carrier. Liz

Congratulations!! First G4 and a heifer and a gorgeous one to boot! Wow Inger what patience! You must be so proud.
