Steers wanted in Yorkshire.

Post by justmalc »

I've received an enquiry from someone looking for three steers - mixed ages ideally - near Hull.

I don't have anything suitable available at the moment and wondered if anybody else has anything available- ideally somewhere not too far from Hull but they were prepared to travel to Stamford, Lincs.

Thanks

I've had many offers of steers in the last few weeks & have a list of details to pass on if they want to drop me an email. None in the Yorkshire area though.

I tell a lie, I know where there are some near Malton, but the details are in the office & I won't be able to check until tomorrow.

We've got the same thing going on here - we're waiting for the vet to come and castrate some bulls before we can turn them out, but he can't come until the beginning of June. Meanwhile I was hoping to have bought in a few more heifers this year, but having to buy a new tractor has left us a bit short.

Might be a bit far to travel, but there are two steers just gone on Preloved, 22 & 24 months old.

I HAVE 2 BARREN (GOOD SIZED, GOOD CONDITION) SHORT LEGGED COWS £100 EACH IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SOMETHING CHEAP TO KEEP THE GRASS DOWN AND THEN SLAUGHTER.
