The Traditional Breeds Meat Marketing Co Ltd has a network of Accredited Butchers around England & Wales who all buy carcases of pure bred rare breeds incl Dexters at good premiums over commercial prices. Last year we sold over 650 rare breed cattle through the scheme incl over 100 Dexters. As a breeder, you can either finish them yourself or sell them at weaning to an official Finishing Unit.
