A 5 acre holding near me is for sale. The tiny bungalow is livable in but not modern standards. It is £250000. but it has a 50 year 50% clawback on developement. Planning has been refused once for a large developement.

I think it is time we stopped describing Dexters by using the misleading terms, short, medium, long legs. So much easier to say carrier or non carrier of the gene for Chondrodysplasia.
