Co-option can be a useful means of obtaining specialist knowledge, but I would have thought immediately following an election, if the newly elected member didn’t take it up, it would have gone to the candidate with next highest number of votes.

Sorry, I missed it, I must say the idea of you creeping across the fields with tape measure in hand, in half light is awfully tempting, I wonder what their reaction would be!! However, I will make a guess, and suggest it would be a difference of 5” approximately with the Woodmagic at 40”
