This link http://www.bovigen.com/ shows some Dexters that have been tested in the USA, It would be a good marketing tool for beef sales.

Peter, do you really think that a crush is essential? With only 2 Dexters I would hope he would be able to tame them down real nicely. Jonathon, I think in your situation I would choose 2 steers (castrated bull calves). They would make fine pets and great lawnmowers, and give you many happy years. I don't know if you would have time, but you could always get into training them to be oxen, pulling a cart etc. Dexters live to quite ...
