Hi, I colected my first beef yesterday. I used STM Slaughterhouse at Woodmancote, Sussex and a local butcher. I had a long legged dexter at 29 months which killed out at 234kg. I am near Horsham in West Sussex. The abbatoir does do butchery but no-where near as well as the butcher that I use.
