I dont see any justification for the punitive registration fees. personally it really annoys me and doesnt make me think very much of the dcs. i think its trying to cut the rubbish bulls out the equation by price, but no thought is given to the number of good bulls they miss. let the market decide ...

we are struggling along with 1 bull at the minute and we are calling in reinforcements with a borrowed bull.

Keep it simple, salt pepper and 10% breadcrumbs they go grey and look awful if you dont eat them quickly buts that no preservatives for you start with 10g of salt per kg of finished product and see if that works. weschenfelder scottish beef seasoning is very good, bright pink but wrks well and will...

Why did he choose to roast a beautiful fillet for 90mins. a lean tender bit of beef needing little cooking never mind roasting it for in the end 2 hours. sirloin would have been better, i think anything would have been better. the guy seems clueless but we had customers today who had seen it and wa...

Notice how the winter housed pics show most in chain byres. they all look very quiet and contented.
there is also a curious strap arrangement on 1 of the cows that apears to be double suckling.

amazing how attitudes differ

Short and sweet, no you cannot register them.

if the mothers are birth nofified then it might be possible, but the DCS registration police would require a lottery win to cover it.
