Sorry folks, only gave directions from the south!

Directions to Breoch Park from North

Follow M74, come off at Junction 15 and follow A701 to Dumfries.

After about 20 miles turn Right at large roundabout on to A75.

Follow A75 (Dumfries bypass) and at 3rd. roundabout turn Left on to minor road signposted to Cargenbridge.

You will go over a roundabout and under an old railway viaduct and then come to T junction and mini roundabout – turn Right on to A711.

Straight over a large roundabout (Du Pont factory on right).

Take 2nd turning on Left (approx. half a mile) signposted New Abbey.

This is a single track road with passing places.
Follow it to T junction and turn Right on to A710.

In approx. 300 yards the road bears sharp left and begins to go uphill. After 250 yards (and before the main hill!) take small left fork (just past farmhouse “Gillfoot” and a sign saying ‘Carberry Crafts’) This road passes between 2 large white posts.

Follow the road for 2 miles (single track with passing places)
Do NOT go through red sandstone gateposts but follow road round to the right.

After 300 yards turn Left signed ‘to the Park and Airds Farm only’

Follow this for three quarters of a mile and take first tarmac drive on left and …..
“Keep right on to the end of the road, keep right on to the end!”

Look forward to seeing you
